Join Riverkeeper to learn more about the proposed air pollution permit at Port Westward’s crude oil terminal and prepare for the April 3 public hearing.

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will hold a public hearing on the air pollution permit for the Port Westward crude oil terminal. This is the only hearing for the public to weigh-in on DEQ’s authority to protect public health and the Columbia River Estuary from oil-by-rail terminals. For more on the permit, click here.
