EVERY STEP BACKWARD MAKES THE JOURNEY LONGER...

This was testimony given by local farmer, Scott MacGregor against the industrialization of almost 1,000 acres of farmland at Port Westward, Oregon along the the Columbia River. The Port of St. Helens applied to rezone the land with the intent to develop an energy hub for shipping coal to Asia and crude oil to Anacortes, Washington by barge.
