Senator Johnson and Rep. Witt support Global Partners use of port Westward as an crude oil terminal. Global asked the Port for approval to expand their Port Westward facility. This will mean doubling the rail traffic of crude oil shipments from North Dakota. What do we get in return? 30 jobs.
